Please note that Powell Place is a non-smoking resort.

Check in and Check out: Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Arrangements can be made to leave baggage before check in time or after check out time. Please consult the front desk for further information.

Check cashing: The front desk has only a limited amount of funds in petty cash; therefore, we are unable to cash your personal or traveler's checks.

Front Desk: The front desk is staffed 24 hours.

Incidental Charges: All charges made to your room account must be paid at the front desk upon departure. We do not have direct billing service. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. No personal checks accepted.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy for each unit is strictly enforced. Nob Hill: 4 persons; Carnelian: 4 persons; Californian: 2 persons. (Including children.)

Daily Newspaper: The San Francisco Chronicle is delivered to your door daily.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the suites.

Electronics: Televisions are available in each room, along with cable hookup (HBO available) and VCR / DVD player. Each room also features CD player and wireless internet access (fee).

Kitchens: The kitchens are equipped for an average amount of cooking. Should you need additional kitchen items, please call the front desk. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer are provided in your room, as is a coffee maker.

Additional items available: Each suite includes hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Sightseeing: See our "San Francisco" tab for information on area attractions. Visit www.citypass.com to purchase 7-day unlimited use Cable Car and MUNI transportation pass, or attraction passes.

Cable cars are within a half block from the front door of Powell Place!

Parking information

Valet parking is available from 7am until midnight seven days a week. Valet parking is $50 per day.

Self park at 750 Bush Street for $35 per 24 hours. Location: If you're parked in front of Powell Place, make a right on California, a right on Stockton and a right onto Pine. Stay on Pine until Mason, make a left onto Mason. Turn left onto Bush (one way street); the garage will be on the left side.
